Description[?]:
First we'd like to congratulate Unionists for the election victory. May God bless our country and give us strength to work for our precious country. Secondly, we think that we have opportunity now to fulfill Unionists's, as well as us, long term wish of restoring ceremonial monarchy. We welcome proposal for constitutional amendment from ruling party. (OOC: I do not know how to change name of the head of the state etc. :) Beside, I trust you doing necessary changes of related parts at our wiki page.) Also, we, after serious considerations decided that by providing series of bills to improve our laws request comprehensive attention. Therefore, hereby, we introduce this bill as a first step. |

Message | OOC: Here is the secret to a monarch. First, you put your Head of State leader as "." (A period) You can see that is what is currently ruling the country. Once you have that done you change the name of the Head of State and you also Change it to a Hereditary Head of State. That way the title is the only thing showing and that is the name of the monarch. It took me several failed attempts in Hulstria but I know how it works. |

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play. |
