This bill is such a massive change to our system by requiring 2/3s of MPs in order to have the confidence of the house it will have a massive impact on our system. Which such a big change to our system the people should have a say in that decision. If passed referendum vote would take place at the next regularly scheduled election on August 4634 and will appear along side the SU referendum. Language down below:
