| This bill is such a massive change to our system by requiring 2/3s of MPs in order to have the confidence of the house it will have a massive impact on our system. Which such a big change to our system the people should have a say in that decision. If passed referendum vote would take place at the next regularly scheduled election on August 4634 and will appear along side the SU referendum.
