| The Franklin III Cabinet has now achieved its mission. We would like to know who would support a Franklin IV Cabinet. The ICP told us they were fine with supporting a CPL-led government if we re-use the propositions we had made. So here is what we propose: -No changes on social and ethical issues. -The central bank is underneath the direct oversight of the Ministry of Finance. -Energy is provided by nationalised companies. -The government obligates trade unions and employers to negotiate the daily number of working hours. -The government maintains a system of free publically owned nursery and pre-school educational centres. -The government offers free contraceptives in pharmacies and public toilets. -There is a free public health care system and a small number of private clinics, which are heavily regulated to ensure they treat their patients well and provide good care. -Tax percentage of the profit made by corporations: increase from 10 % to 15 % -Cryptocurrency is legal and regulated, select private institutions can issue cryptocurrency. -There is a national agency which exists side-by-side with commercial forestry companies. -All power stations are publicly owned. -The State owns and operates a national TOC, alongside private TOCs. -Set retirement age to 64 years old instead of 65 years old. -Marriages do not have to comply with religious doctrine anymore -Health and Social Security Spending to be increased to 50 billion. |

Though the ICP and the CPL has been at odds with each other plenty of times and will probably continue to be in the future, the ICP will set aside bloc-politics and instead work to implement its party program. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, We welcome the rollback of many issues we have seen in recent years, but we are shocked to hear the ICP support this programme, although I imagine it is more about getting votes than any sense of value or ideology. We, of course, will not support such a Government interference, we will not support tax rises, we will not support nationalisation and we will not support a long term Communist Government. The temporary coalition has done what it needed to, we therefore terminate our involvement and refuse support to this programme. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, This government does not have the necessary votes apparently, which means the ICP will draw back its support. We should have known that it was futile to try to establish a government with a party who is loosing the people's support every day. The ICP does not approve everything in this program but most of it, we do not like high taxes but understands the necessity to compromise... anyways it does not matter now as we are instead ready to support less regulations and more freedom for private individuals and companies. |
