| This act of the Federal Council will allow the following: 1. Appoint General-Admiral Domenikus von Lÿndow-Sennhein, the Inspector-General of the Armed Forces of Dorvik as the Commander-in-Chief of the "Battle Group South" (Kampfgruppe Sud) as a part of the upcoming Security Council International Task Force on Deltaria; 2. Underneath the total command and control of General-Admiral Domenikus von Lÿndow-Sennhein, the Inspector-General of the Armed Forces of Dorvik, are whatever forces placed underneath his command and control; 3. The Dorvish Armed Forces will conduct the Security Council operation for the duration of the required time.
