Bill: Eminent Domain Law
Details
Submitted by[?]: Black Militant Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2210
Description[?]:
The government should not be able to seize private property. Our citizens work hard for their possesions and the government should not look like an evil corporation by taking what the people deserve. Article 9:1of the Constitution states that political parties shall ensure that the will of the people prevails. If the government takes their property than the government's will prevails not the people's. |
