Message | OOC I believe that the voting on this is purely the mechanism by which the Moderators move a bill into archive (rather than deleting ti) - because the original bill was never put to the vote. So for this, and all OOC/RP bills currently being archived, we can all ignore them (ie abstain) and the bills will just pass into the archives as all bills votes upon do - the outcome of the vote is irrelevant (because there is nothing to vote on) |
