Be it enacted by Parliament:

(1) The government of Aloria shall recognise all other governments internationally as legitimate.

(2) Article 1 is null and void should the government in question be responsible for:-
-(a) killing citizens due to ideological differences;
-(b) unfairly prosecuting citizens;
-(c) acting against the citizens' wishes; or
-(d) continually spreading misinformation.

(3) Article 2 may be rendered into action if a majority vote of the Parliament decides that Article 2 may be applied.
