| In the name of the lord, I, Pope John I of the Holy Luthori Church, do solemnly swear to uphold the Constitution, Laws, territorial integrity, and National Sovereignty of the Holy Luthori Empire as its Imperator. In the name of the Lord, I hereby Inaugurate the 4640 Imperial Diet (applause) After the PP had an internal coup, the PP withdrew from the Kingston Cabinet, and the HLC withdrew its confidence. Nevertheless, in the polls lutherans again chose the HLC as the largest party in the Imperial Diet, and they chose me as their imperorator. (applause) However, I was elected by 53% of the nation. I WILL NOT forget the other 47!!! Nihert will the HLC. (appluase)(appluase)(appluase) Flowing these elections the right-wing bloc lost 27 seats, mostly to the CPL and the LDP. I congratulate their leaders for being able to increase their seats, and wish I was congratulating the PP, ICP or even the WR. (appluase)(appluase) I now propose to this diet that we continue this legislative session for its full term. No early elections, without proper cause. (appluase)(appluase) Now we have a choice. Wither the HLC tries to reform a new right wing gov, with a slim 21 seat majority. OR we form a National Unity Gov, including the CPL and LDP with other parties. I thus pose he fowling cabinets to this diet. Let the people of luther be the witnesses to this. Either we will county to rip this Empire apart, or we will heal its wounds... | Message | Mr Speaker, The interesting thing is that the HLC takes the liberty to give themselves the important positions of Internal Affairs, Defence and of course the Office of Prime Minister in all of the cabinets they have proposed, we are pretty sure no party actually wants them to lead a government, if we take their history and totalitarian ideology in to consideration that is. |

We have seen what the Church has done to this nation. We have seen how you've treated us when your members were in power. So to be clear, there will still be no HLC-CPL coalition. |
