| This bill will try to achieve gender equality. -------------- Article 5 - An new agency will be created : Organisation for Equality at Work. Its aim will be to test companies to verify if women are paid the same as men for the same job. If the company does not comply, the agency will issue fines. The agency will be funded with public funds: 70 000 LPD per year. The other fees will be paid with the fines or by extra-funds granted by the state. 4 000 people will work at the agency. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, Equal pay does mean equal rights in fact it's an insult to all genders. Pay reflects ability and work. We can't just have a set salary for everything. Even by the CP standards for control this is crazy. |
