In this RP law the division of power within the executive, legislative and judiciary is determined. 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓: -The State President is the sole HOS and HOG of the State of Aldegar and is the ultimate authority within the country. -The State President hold the powers to: Disband Parliament, appoint judges, appoint mayors, control the military, exercise control over intelligence and security agencies -The State President presides over the cabinet and can dismiss it whenever he or she wants to. -The State President holds the right to Veto any law within parliament -The State President holds the right to legislate his own laws by using presidential decrees 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑: -The Prime Minister is responsible for managing the cabinet in the name of the State President -The Prime Minister must always abide to instructions from the State President -The Prime Minister can attend state visits or trade missions with the permission of the State President -The Prime Minister can be dismissed by the State President for any reason 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐇: -The National Consultative Assembly is the sole unicameral legislative body of the State of Aldegar -The National Consultative Assembly holds the power to create, amend and pass laws -Only parties approved by the State President may participate in elections and hold seats in the National Consultative Assembly -The National People's Unity Party may always contest in elections 𝐉𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐑𝐘: -The Judiciary is a independent organ of the government free of interference by both the Executive and Legislative in its daily operations -The State President reserves the right to appoint judges at any judicial level (as outlined in the responsibilities of the State President) (This is a refference bill. passed bill can be found here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=610169) |
