Description[?]:
New Azure Three (NA3) is a proposed act of parliament that if passed will ban smoking in all places of employment. Justification: Smoking, including the effects of second-hand smoke costs the economy billions annually and most importantly — costs lives. It is critical to public health that we ban smoking in all places of employment. There is no logical reason to exempt smoking bans in places that distribute alcohol. |
