Bill: Strike Rights

Details

Submitted by[?]: Republikańska Lewica - Wstań

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 4650

Description[?]:

Senators,

The very purpose of the strikes is to make the powers of the State notice what happens when those who participate in them cease to fulfill their functions. It is therefore logical that in a democratically mature and advanced society citizens can participate in strikes without fear of being sentenced to judicial penalties for their actions.

Miroslawa Kacinuska
Senator

MessageSenators,

We fully agree with what Senator Kacinuska has too say, but workers that are critical to society are critical for a reason, no one wants the country and the economy to start to slow down, we will vote no.
