| Appaled by the previous constitutional changes made during the Wolves United dictatorship, we propose to declare null and void many of the changes made by said party. In order to produce said effect, we will look at the changes made, and with each change we will determine how to approach said change. This first bill aims to restore the symbols and offices of our great nation. We return to the previous flag. (OOC: also mainly because the flag doesn't show up) We reform the legislative assembly back to its previous name. The Constituent States will be restored to its former name and position. Due to the constitutional changes made by previous governments, which has deposed the monarchy in favour of a republic. We deem it impossible to return the position of Head of State back to the royal family. The upcoming years will be a period of great change both constitutional and in term of ordinary laws. Therefore, we propose the creation of the office of Prezidanto which will be the head of state with all the formalities and prerogatives of the previous sovereign. Due to these uncertain times, we propose that this Prezidanto will constitutionally be the Head of Government as a temporary prime minister. To act with all the powers of a prime minister, until a later constitutional change, by the will of the people, could determine the permanent structure of the executive and its relationship with the legistature. |
