| This bill aims to formalize the line of succession in case the Head of State, Government, both or including any of the Ministers are in a compromised situation, such as murder or death events. +++In case of death of the President of Valruzia: *Early elections will be called as soon as possible, until then the position of President of Valruzia will be occupied by the Marshall of the Sejm as Head of the Legislative Power. If the Marshall is not in a position to exercise this power, the regional leader who received the most votes in the last elections will be appointed President of Valruzia, and so on. +++In case of death of the Chancellor of Valruzia: There is no need to call for early elections. In this case, the line of succession will be as follows: *Marshall of the Sejm *Minister of Foreign Affairs *Minister of Internal Affairs *Minister of Defence *Minister of Justice *Minister of Finance *Minister of Education and Culture *Minister of Science and Technology *Minister of Trade and Industry *Minister of Health and Social Services *Minister of Infrastructure and Transport *Minister of Food and Agriculture *Minister of Environment and Tourism *Najwyższy Sędzia (Supreme Judge of Valruzia) *Designated survivor The role of designated survivor is created for a catastrophic disaster event in which the entire Executive, the head of the legislative branch (Marshall of the Sejm) and the head of the judiciary (Najwyższy Sędzia) are removed from the line of succession. This position will be occupied by a member of the most voted party among those who make up the government, and his name will not be public. This person must remain in a different city as long as all the aforementioned State authorities are located in the same city. |
