Message | Mr. Speaker, There are political parties in this Diet that propose reforms that are not carefully studied and examinated. Therefore, we just need to vote on their 30 laws and changes, occulting the democratic debate. We need to have a parliamentary procedure based on the quality of the proposals instead of the quantity. Therefore, we propose these changes. |
