Citizenship rights should be reserved for those interested in Hobrazia and those who wants to stay in our country and serve the nation. Therefore citizenship should only be given to those who can pass a qualifying examination.

This test should consist of questions on, among others, following topics:

History, basic civics, language and Hobrazian culture.

Education should be provided for those interested in recieving citizenship.
This bill will take effect immediately after it passes and has effect for those seeking citizenship after that date. Current inhabitants of Hobrazia will recieve citizenship if no other wish is stated.
