| Message | Mr Speaker, To better show the WR Economic Proposals: The VAT Abolition will cost £1.25billion, the Corporation Tax increase will garner an additional £900 million and the income Tax changes will create £9 billion, giving the Government an additional £8.65 billion. To ensure a surplus, we recommend spending £240 billion. |
