| Message | Mr Speaker, Let it be known that no further proposals to reverse the HLC reform have been presented by any other party in this Diet, beyond the Reform Amendment presented by us and the ICP. We have abolished VAT, presented the largest spending reform in decades and increased corporate taxes to fund these programmes. We have further plans as presented and our own proposals for a Government programme as outlined to this Diet. The Foreign Secretary has made a statement which has been ignored, despite the Patriots themselves calling on the Foreign Office to do such. We, at this time, will Abstain, to allow these reforms to finish the voting process. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, We thank our friends in WR for their comments. We accept that we perhaps may have jumped the gun too early but with the AUP resigning from Government we felt that we had no choice as the opposition votes now outweigh the government. |
