Message | Mr Speaker, this is a further measure designed to restructure the finances of Rutania in an equitable manner. We are reticent to increase taxation in any area but feel that it is necessary to ask business for some support in our efforts to decrease the weight of taxation on ordinary Rutanians. Signed, Lord Rowcaster MP Chancellor of the Exchequer Secretary of State for Finance and Expenditure |
