This bill reduces the governments expense on drugs as Upper, Upper Middle, and Middle Class do not need the government to pay for drugs this still leaves room for the government to pay for Lower, and Lower Middle Class citizens drugs. This bill will free up some of the government's budget to be either saved in case of emergency or spent on something else. |
