This bill will spark the complete renovation of a new capital, building off of the city of Atyr, to create a truly inspiring beacon of Kanjorien kindness, progress, and equality.

At the passing of this bill, a sum of 1.32 Trillion Kanjorien Rupees will be diverted into the newly established Autorité Nationale de Rénovation du Kanjor, ANRK (Kanjorien National Renovation Authority, KNRA), in order to fund the complete renovation of Atyr into a truly modern city.
