Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

You wanted early elections and they proved you all wrong. This cabinet has the support of the population and we will pass it right now.

PROGRAM:

ECONOMY:
1 - The Corporate tax rate shall be increased by 2%.
2 - Decreasing retirement age to 64 years old.
3 - Putting the central bank in the hands of the finance minister.
4 - Working hours will be regulated by the government (maximum 10-9-8-7 hours a day).
5- The government acts as an investor of last resort, by nationalizing failing industries that provide vital goods or services.
6 - Labour unions and organizations of employers negotiate a salary cap.
7 - The state subsidizes the phone service of low-income families but does not regulate the rates providers can charge for phone service.

CIVIL LIBERTIES:
-The production of pornography is legal but regulated.
-Public blasphemy is considered a minor offense.


CULTURE:
1 - The government should subsidize art institutions and individual artists.
2 - A system of museum will be maintained nationwide.

INFRASTRUCTURE:
-The government has some involvement in the ownership and operation of airports but leaves a role for the private sector too.
-All power stations are publicly owned.
-The government does not take any position on nuclear power. (instead of encouraging)
