In this case it's just a matter of a certain period of time, but still, this can be abused by the wrong people. Article 2: Laws should not limit the governments authority, the only time laws should be able to stop the government is when they are trying to tear down the democracy, when they abuse their powers or when they violate the citizens rights. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Article 2 is a disgrace for a democratic country like Luthori. We cannot send people that have commited a crime in our country getting tortured in another country. There is a possibility to change the law to not allow extraditions to countries that practise such treatments so you have no excuses. |
