| On December the 25th, the Birth of our Lord, The Rural Nationalists shall be conducting a march through Delvar and Kagrusov counties. Seven thousand five hundred Redshirts and Two thousand five hundred cavalrymen shall be marching, in a show of respect to Rutanian heros. People are allowed to join the march whenever they so wish, allowing our numbers to swell. Once we reach Kagrusov, we shall then proceed to march on Newtonia. Upon reaching Newtonia, we will fire twenty five salvos to celebrate the birth of our lord, and then sing 'Rule Rutania' This Bill wishes to invite the Imperialist's, the CSP's, and the Dynomacratic's paramilitaries to join the march. The membership of Youth Group 2 (Naval Cadets), is as follows: -Age 8-12: 7,244 -Age 13-18: 16,477 -Volunteers/Supervisors: 2,242 They will be led by their Honorary Leader, Lord High Admiral Richard McLoughlin MC DCM RCH MRC. As the His Majesty Bertram W Wooster and Lord Chuffnell both expect to be present and you propose to have the march in the anti-Dynamocratic regions of Kragusrov and Delvar, we will also have to send a security delegation. These would consist of 275 plain clothes operatives and around 400 of the Dynamocratic Guard.
