MessageWe would also support a 42 week proposal. The number of seats should be an odd to prevent draws.

MessageThe PC is neutral on #1.
We oppose #2; the 42-week proposal suggested by other parties is a good compromise.
We vehemently oppose #3; there is no proposal in this legislation significant enough for us to compromise our long-standing views on this issue. The even number of seats will also open up the legislature to deadlocks.

Overall, we will vote against this legislation.
