| Chères Collègues, Due to the increasing tensions around our region and the economic options that surround our national and private field, I declare that the Royal Assembly should therefore increase our spending on the Royal Ministries of Defense, Trade, Environment, and International Affairs. We propose raising the spending to at least 25 Billion Lourennais Francs with the option to lower the spending for other Ministries with excess funding. We believe the opportunities and issues surrounding our nation are to be dealt with immediately. Economic development is vital to our evergrowing industries and markets.
