Message | OOC: I wish we could split our parties votes, in that there may be members who vote against the majority of their party. While our party leadership has decided to support this bill, there are 60 SWP Representatives that have decided to vote against the legislation. These representatives are from the democratic socialist and libertarian socialist/anarcho-syndicalist wings of the party. The Metzist-Leonidist/Ruanist and Kaminkist/Willemburgist wings have decided to vote in favor. That being said, the actual vote shall amount to 342 to 313, making it a narrower result than if our party voted as a monolithic bloc. |
