Bill: The "But Then I Had A Revelation" Bill

Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2212
Description[?]:
Here at the FFYRTP, we had a fantastic thought. Most people in the Party saw "religion" as a backward, unscientific and above all boring and constraining concept. But then the Preacher opened our eyes, and we realised that to be successful, you not only have to party, you have to WIN. All Hail the lord Darwin! Glory to the Lord-General's Progressive Darwinists! We propose that the Lord-General's Progressive Darwinists are immediately instituted as a State religion. Our precepts are simple. That which does not kill us makes us stronger. That which does kill us deserves to survive in our place. The Progressive Darwinists! Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger! |

Message | We are aware that this overlaps slightly with the ONCP's bill, but, although unlikely, it is possibly that one will pass but not the other. |

Message | We very much agree with this bill. |
Date | 17:27:54, April 07, 2006 CET | From | Pnték Znkak Prta 'Bastardry' | To | Debating the The "But Then I Had A Revelation" Bill |
Message | We accept the fledgling Progressive Darwinists' religion and remind other parties that this bill clearly states that this religion is the one the FFYRTP are trying to put in place. We find the Phalanx Party's support of this, considering their affiliations to the Terran Catholic Church, slightly surprising and are inclined to fell it misplaced. |
