| SO that the voice of every worker may be heard, this bill will allow laborers in vital industries to strike so long as they maintain the industry's functionality. Also, in order to promote solidarity workers in directly related field may strike. This may be overridden by the Minister of Trade and Industry. |

Current: Any trade union can go on a sympathy strike in support of other striking workers.
Proposed: Only closely related trade unions can walk out on a sympathy strike in support of other striking workers.
