| By this act of the State Council the following acts of the government will be true: (1) The Dorvish government will withdraw all non-essential personnel from Luthori; (2) The formal suspension of trade and financial activities to Luthori due to increased security and diplomatic risks; (3) Condemnation of the surge in violent, radical militant socialism and communism in the world and in Luthori; (4) Offering the royal house of Luthori temproary residence in the Kingdom of Dorvik; (5) Granting authority to Dorvish officials, government agencies and authorities to secure Dorvish borders from refugees, temporarily impound, inspect and if necessary confiscate goods through trading means. |
