| Manifesto presented by PSD in expressing their willingness for formation of a Republic for all people. Kizenians unite! Preamble, realizing the formation of an unrecognized Confederation by Social Democrats, the scholars from the PSD of Kizenia will institute own variant of how the nation should go, this being merely a draft to express the will of the leftists and patriots along Kizenian state. The New Endralon and Kuzaki are illegitimate as they own the rightful land of the Kizenian people who settled here long before everyone. The protection of minorities will be maintained in the new Republic through a democratic frame that will ensure everyone is equal in the new united Kizenian state. The Republic represents the will of Kizenians and not only for peace, order and prosperity among the citizens of the nation situated between Egelion and Dolgava. The articles represent the will of the people: 1. The name of the nation shall be "Republica Chizână" (Republic of Kizenia) 2. The rightful owners of the land are the Kizenian people 3. The constitutional rights of the ethnic minorities in Kizenia shall be protected accordingly 4. The nation shall federate itself around a unitary parliamentary republic founded on the democratic values of liberty, equality and fraternity 5. The nation shall have the right to sovereignty and own national armed forces that will provide protection for the new Republic 6. The official language will be Kizenian, tho other secondary major languages will be protected as well the culture of the people 7. The Cabinet should be called "Guvernul Republicii" (The government of the Republic) (OOC just a de-facto name, not changing the in game name from nation page) 8. The Republic shall get a President and a Prime Minister, whose functions will be limited by the Constitution 9. Upon formation of the Republic, an independent organization that will foresee the protection of minorities shall be instituted 10. Upon formation of the Republic, a new national identity shall be put in place, with new values to represent the new hope and development of the Republic These are few of the requests and articles presented with this bill. The Republic will be formed as soon as this gets 2/3 of the legislature. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, It won't come as a shock that we are against this. However, since we were unable to get our voters to the election, we will have to deal with it. But we do have one more trick up our sleeve. Our Constitution (OOC: actually the PT Game Rules) indicates that for a name change one has to confirm to section 5, article 5. "Players are permitted to change the name of their nation, newspaper, cities and regions and post such a request HERE, to do this they must pass a bill with 2/3 majority of active players with seats." Since their are only two parties with seats, you need the support of the entire legislation. But we are willing to compromise. It makes no sense to just hold on to the current name when everything else is changed to the Republic. Our demands are simple, instead of "Republica Chizână" (Republic of Kizenia), we propose to change the name to "Republica Chizână și Noului Endralon" (Republic of Kizenia and New Endralon). This is no small minority, 35% of our country is a New Endralonian, vs 40% Kizenian. |
