From | Atlas | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | This would function as a gentlemen's agreement between the signing parties. |

From | Rightist Party | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | Here's a question, what if we do not have a new cabinet but the old one stays? Then what? |

From | Atlas | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | To answer the question of the RP : we are talking periods. If the next cabinet period has a similar coalition as the past one, attempts to reverse decisions may start.

From | Rightist Party | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | despite the fact that it is precisely the same cabinet. What you are saying is that each election cycle, it is only one vote per bill per election cycle. |

From | Rightist Party | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | So what if some one misses a vote and wants that opportunity to vote on it? This resolution would punish them. I do not see the merits in that.
If this is passed, I will not abide by it. |

From | Atlas | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | We are amazed to see the RP willing to restrict and regulate everything big and small, except their own behaviour :) |

From | Social-Conservative party | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | The Rightish party never respects laws as they say. They only follow those laws that fit them. Thank God we do not have selective parties in government whom have laws that they choose not to follow. The RP apparently wish people to have individual views on laws, and then decide which ones are "worth" to follow. |

From | Patriot Party | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | Last time I checked, they are more law abiding than the ONCP who has violated the law on several occassions. |

From | Atlas | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | Come on gentlemen, we have a country to run. Let us all keep cool ? |

From | Rightist Party | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | Just like no written laws have been violated by us and yes you have. I point to you your dead naked colleagues who are not part of a nudist colony. |

From | Social-Conservative party | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | Slander ? So it is slander to say that if a law " is passed, I will not abide by it." means that you are not law-abiding... ok.. nice theory. |
Date | 12:03:48, April 09, 2006 CET |
From | Atlas | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | Nah, this wouldn't be a law. It's a gentlemen's agreement. If only the RP could see the world as an association of gentlemen :) |
Date | 00:22:21, April 10, 2006 CET |
From | Atlas | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | We decided this 'gentlemen' resolution makes no sense if there is no unanimity.
We are disappointed by the lack of enthousiasm for our efforts to make government more effcient.
We will remove the resolution from the agenda in due time. |

From | Patriot Party | To | Debating the Reverse Attempts 2211 | Message | If this is a gentleman's agreement then I guess I do not have to abide by it :D |
