Message | Assembly members, We couldn't agree with the Reformists more and it is true that sometimes a good governor should go against the people to do what is "better" for the country, but then I would like to ask you: who decides what is better for the country? A governor who in his mind thinks he knows what's good or is it most of the people? But then another question is brought up; what is a country? Is it the borders of a land? Or is it the state? Neither of those things, it is the people. The people is the country, and a singe individual should not decide what is "better" for that people, because then its simply just a dictatorship. Another thing, I shall tell you what courage is; courage is when a good governor is able to keep his personal beliefs to himself and let the people decide of what is good for the country. And then again, it is true not the majority of the people wishes to have this law... only more than 46%... and the rest 54%, yes they are divided over the matter to make killing animals illegal or just keep the current law, which means that the biggest support is to the proposal which I have given. To respond to Left Bloc's four meaningless words: it is true, when looking at animals there is "no humanity at sight". But I also wish to ask, is it truly up to the Left Bloc to decide what defines our "humanity"? The answer is: NO, they don't. Thank you.
