Our current laws are listed below. With respect to them we are proposing e-The death penalty is applied for capital crimes. Government policy with respect to the death penalty. The death penalty is illegal and is never to be applied. Alternatives: The death penalty is not applied, except for terrorism, treason and crimes against mankind. The death penalty is applied for capital crimes. The death penalty is applied to most minor and all major criminal offences. Religious doctrine determines the death penalty.
