| OOC:This RP Law requires over 50% of the legislative to vote in favor of it to be officially made law Article 1 All public schools in the Federal Republic of Hulstria-Gao Soto (hereafter referred to as Hulstria) shall teach the Dundorfian (OOC: Germanic) language solely. No other language may be taught in public schools. Article 2 All federal and local governments shall use the Dundorfian language as the sole official language for communication, data collection, and record keeping. Article 3 No federal funding will be given to institutions dedicated to teaching Kunikata (OOC: Japanese), unless said institutions require all students/participants prove they have already learned Dundorfian, or learn Dundorfian at said institutions Article 4 The federal government shall give monetary rewards and incentives to institutions that teach both the Dundorfian language and culture of Dundorfian-Hulstrians Article 5 The federal government shall make Dundorf the official language of Hulstria, however allowing provinces of Hulstria to decide other official languages for there own designated regions Article 6 The Federal Government and all of subsidiaries will, henceforth, use Dundorfian as the sole language of government Article 7 The Federal Government shall remove all Kunikata translations from federal buildings Article 8 The Federal Government shall require all officials take a test to prove that they can speak Dundorfian. If an official fails said test, they shall be required to attend Dundorfian language classes. If said officials refuse to take Dundorfian language classes, they shall be removed from office via impeachment Article 9 The Ministry of Internal Affairs has the right to enforce the above mentioned rulings. The Ministry of Internal Affairs can fine any violator of said article up to 2.5 million crowns. Article 10 To repeal this law, the legislative body must vote to repeal it with a 50% majority |
