| Honorable Deputies, The Ministry of Trade & Industry, in cooperation with the Ministries of Science & Technology and Infrastructure and Transport, brings forward the following resolution. Considering climate change, pollution, increasing coal prices and shrinking coal reserves, we propose to close 13 old coal power plants. In their place will come 9 nuclear power plants, build by Cosma și Enescu. Three Nuclear Waste Storage Facilities will be build in the Kuzaki mountains, linked by a soon to be build railway, maintained by the power plants. The Ministry and Cosma și Enescu are very optimistic about this project, but they do need help. The project will cost 150 billion NED, of which Cosma și Enescu will pay 60 NED. The Kuzaki Investment bank (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=8190) has pledged another 60 billion NED. That leaves 30 billion NED, which the government will have to pay. In exchange we get 20% of the shares in the cooperation Chizână Proiectul Nuclear (Kizenian Nuclear Project), a private company which will maintain the power plants and wil sell the power. https://imgur.com/n2xoDal Next to Cosma și Enescu, other contractors will be: Linehouse for the architectural part, Luarea for manufacturing different neccesary parts, Busoftware for the neccesary software, Solozain will take care of the security, QVO for consulting and coordinating the different contractors. |
