Voting deadline: October 4702
Description[?]:
1) no citizen ought to be coerced against their free will into serving and bearing arms in defense of this country, but rather that all citizens willing to do so may serve and those who might be inclined to refuse service may be free to do so without consequence. 2) the maintanance of voluntary defense force would allow citizens to join on the basis of their own free will and would prove to be less costly in the long term. 3) officers should be appointed and recalled in a directly democratic manner so as to render applicants woefully accountable for their actions on the field of battle. |
