Description[?]:
We in the Commission believe that to upgrade the Army it should first be expanded to that the borders of our country are secure and safe mainly from any communist threat. To achieve this we believe that between 600,000 and 1,000,000 men would be required. We also belive that it should be done in steps to ensure that all units are well equipped and trained. This is our proposal First Five Years We expand to 400,000 men and ensure they are all trained and equipped. Second Five Years We expand to 600,000 men. Third Five Years We expand to 800,000 men. After this we will see if more men are required. |
