With the current government ownership of our nations power supply the economic benefits of private ownership are being wasted. If we want to allow for economic growth, the private ownership of our power industry is vital to the economic expansion that it will allow. |

Message | Aritcle 1: We would support a change to our current system, however the proposal goes too far. A more balanced approach would, however, garner our backing. Article 2: Allowing Private companies to own the power grid is fool hardy and dangerous. It increases risk to service provision and maintenance, whilst driving up the costs of power to the consumer. We should not be selling a vital part of this nations infrastructure the highest bidder, rather we should provide the highes quality of service at all times, something that can only be achieved by maintaining public control of grid. |
