Description[?]:

.The current situation in agriculture has improved significantly in many parts of the country, is stable and profitable and is sufficiently efficient for self-provision. However, many parts of the country and certain agricultural sectors are advanced and need a radical change. Farming has not progressed enough yet and needs an almost radical restructuring and improvement.

There should be great emphasis on improving the quality of life in rural areas, which benefits both farmers and other consumers. The following paragraphshould be introduced:

1) The the Farmers Insurence Service (insurence for all farmers) should be introduced. The insurence system is covered by taxes and every farmer can make an application. In return for the tax figures, farmers get the option to have the property, fields and farms insured by the state, as well as receive subsidies or other financial support in order to make the frms more efficent, or if farmers are in financial need they will be financially protected and with professional advice and others social services and financial help or support.

2) Agricultural consumers should be protected by small food subsidies and the redistributive effects of shortage payments.

3) The National Agricultural Development Committee should be introduced. Every member of the NADC should be democratically elected in each constituence by farmers. The task of the NADC should be the ensuring of democratic farmer/workers councils and the fixation of wages.

4) The National Agricultural Advisory Service and National agricultural Development Committee should set the minimum wages for farm workers and farm workers.

5) Grants should be paid for the use of farmland on hills that had previously been considered unsuitable for agricultural purposes

This is the only way to improve agriculture and maintain it in a democratic system and to spread democracy. Thanks to these laws, agriculture is made significantly more effective.
