Voting deadline: September 4716

Description[?]:

The current situation of energy production and electricity distribution is stable, functional and democratic but in many parts of the country and the electricity network alone is undeveloped and inefficient and almost needs a radical restructuring to improve and renew the energy network.
The National Energy Service should be introduced to guarantee the new structure of the network and the improvement.
Each region has one or more own energy production stations that are independently run by the workers democratically through democratic worker's councils and the majority of the station's shares are owned by the workers and minority of shares are owned by the state.
The National Energy Commission was to be introduced as the main body of the National Energy Service. The commission should consist of democratically elected representatives of the energy stations, local governments and the Public Finance Institute and is run democratically. All energy stations should be integrated into the National Energy Servic network.
The task of the NES was to provide financial and economic support and assistance to the stations, as well as the national control of taxpayer money for the providing of electricity and its production. All stations have their own treasury and will pay into the NEC treasury to financially support other energy statins and to get and use the services of the NES.
The NES should function as a network of stations to improve, modernize and expand the nationwide structure of electricity and other energy infrastructures and guarantee the necessary changes and improvements.
The NES should guarantee the existence of democratic worker's councils and democratic principles and conditions in the energy stations. As well as that, the NES is responsible for establishing the minimum wage for energy workers.
