Message | The Social Democrats believe that no one person is above the law in our nation. Diplomatic Immunity should not be tolerated in this country. Foreign diplomats should respect our laws when they arrive in Kirlawa. |

Message | Members of the Social Democrats, Diplomats are representatives of other nations in national soil. For this reason, embassies are not national territory, but neutral territory belonging to the foreign nation which it represents. If a criminal act is committed by that representative, we must trust the foreign nation to judge it fairly and condemn it. If not, we'll be sending the message that we should have no relations with other nations because there is no possible common trust between us, |

Random fact: Cultural Protocol bills must provide a real-life equivalent or short description for the ethnic groups, languages and religions contained in them, such that it would be easy for an unfamiliar player to understand (e.g. "Dundorfian = German"). Where appropriate, they should also provide guidance to players on where to find help with translations and character names. This might include, for example, links to Google Translate, Behind the Name's Random Name Generator and Fantasy Name Generators. |
