Part of the PKN-R plans are to encourage a "3 Million New Businesses Initiative". We wish to expand it private property holdings so that all can work for themselves and escape the problems associated with wage labor. The Government wishes to encourage the growth of MiSMBs businesses: micro- (<5 employees), small- (<25 employees) and medium-sized (<150 employees) shops, factories, businesses, cooperatives, and enterprises. People are likely to work harder and with greater commitment if they themselves possess the businesses in which they labour or are treated not as an employee or associate but instead as a member of a larger financial family. Creation of the "Consortium of Artisans, Entrepreneurs, and Cooperatives" (Konsorcjum Rzemieślników, Przedsiębiorców i Spółdzielni- KRPS) to represents the interests of its members towards the institutions of the the national Government and offers its members services in the field of public relations. Funding to be negotiated. To encourage the establishment and growth of MiSMBs, the Government will make available V₱50,000,000,000 worth of grants, and encourage state/local government tax incentives through national reimbursement to ensure the development and success of these businesses. |
