Bill: The Would-Be Prince in the South: The Interregnal Compromise of 4725
Details
Submitted by[?]: Prince-Republican League - New EAPP
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 4726
Description[?]:
Although Lodamun has remained relatively stable and managed to quell any major violent bloodbaths, it is clear that this can't go on like this. Anti-Princely parliamentarians in the North managed to go through with only half the coup and the Princely Court in the South is slowly regaining momentum. If nothing's done, it'll all soon end up in a civil war, like all other famous half accomplished-coups. At least that's what Demetrius I is claiming. In any case, the Princely forces have now come up with a temporary truce offer and a possible interim solution that might quell the violent Lodamese soul for at least a while. It's also possible, some suggest, that it's just another one of Demetrius's plans to finally grab the crown he's been hungering for. |
