| I propoase a referendum on The Free Trade Agreement with Hutori that failed the senate if this passes the rules of the referendum will be, each party controls however many votes they got in the last election they on a new OOC RP: bill page will distribute the votes, parties are asked to RP the votes well and include things like part of their votes staying home, a split vote based on what the majority of the parties believe. |
