Description[?]:

This bill will establish the supreme court of Likatonia, the supreme court can strike down ats by the senate and pres. but the pres. appoints members of the supreme court and the senate approves them.

Article One:

The supreme court upholds the law and the constitution however they do not just uphold the law and constitution, and can strike down acts by the Senate, President and Prime Minister, but must suggest a replacement for the senate, if the senate does not uphold the Supreme Courts decision early elections must be called.

Article 2:

The President will appoint all 7 members to the Supreme court and the senate must approve them by a 2/3 vote, the Supreme Court will have 7 members.

Article 3:
when appointing a judge the pres. must submit a bill entitled "Supreme Court Nomination" and that bill must contain the name, the age, the political party, gender, home state and any other information the pre. deems appropriate. The bill can also have more than one appointment.

Article 4:

Judges are responsible to the senate and can be impeached by the senate the impeachment will take 2/3rds of the vote, after the judge is removed a bill must be submitted to replace him.

Article5 :

their will be a forum page were Supreme Court cases will be held parties control their judges vote and if the courts find a act/law to be unconstitutional the senate must repeal it.

Article 6:

Anyone can bring a case to the Supreme Court but at least 3 out of the 7 judges must want to hear the case, it will take at least 4 out of 7 judges to repeal an act or law.

Messagetheir would be no juries, those would be civil cases, We can do the 3 PM 3 PR and 1 IA, and as for article 6 SD 4 is a majority 3 would be to hear the case.

MessageIt would be better to President submmit 7 nomines, but Parliament would need to approve it by 2/3 majority. It doesn't matter if SD currently has majority. It matters more that 2/3 of parliament need to approve them
