| The New Progressive Party (NPP) propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the United States of Baltusia. Lack of public funding in the technology sector in this country is lagging us behind the rest of the world, this is a bill requesting unity. The great people of Baltusia are entitled to an advanced technologically driven economy, left or right consider a vote yes on this proposal to reward the people. A quarter of the bill's funding will be used to educate citizens in technology related fields and offer programs to establish jobs. |

| Message | We support this raise in science and technology spending, but we also think that education spending should be higher than now and that it's a bit strange to have an equal amount of spending on science and technology. We will vote in favor, provided that quarter of science and technology spending will be used for education purpuses in fields associated with science and tehnology. That would relive some more room for the education and culture budget to use for more such purpuses. |
