BE IT ENACTED BY THE HOUSE OF COMMONS PREAMBLE: Whereas it is now considered that the policy of blood for blood is barbaric, and since death penalty exists in our country which is unfair, SECTION 1: This bill is the SPV - 3 Death Penalty (Abolition) Act. SECTION 2: The death penalty shall be considered illegal and shall never be applied. SECTION 3: This bill passes and becomes a law as soon as the majority of members of the House of Commons vote in favour of this bill. |
