| The BRP suggests a change in the policy regarding ID cards. They are currently issued, but are not required to be carried. The BRP's preference is for them to be carried at all times - and if not then not to waste public expenditure on them in the first place. If another party were to suggest abolishing them altogether then the BRP would consider supporting that position. |
