MessageMr. Speaker,

We will have a Conservative Government again; our nation will have it's first speaker appointed by the Government. The role will be to rule on the matter on debates. We ask for both the White Rose and the Liberal Party to support this measure.

Who ever is speaker of the Diet will have a free vote on all government matters.

MessageMr Speaker,

We recognise our harsher actions caused us to lose some support, but the right increased our overall majority. We will join this Coalition and I shall serve as Deputy Imperial Seal Bearer.

MessageMr. Speaker,
We don't understand the decision of the LCP to include the Liberal Party in a far-right coalition for three reasons:
1 - The function of Speaker of the House is not the same as the Chairman of the Board of Science and Technology. If you want to appoint a new speaker, you have to do it with a separate bill.
2 - Incorporating the Liberal Party in a cabinet would be ridiculous as the liberal party has always fought your policies.
3 - Assimilating the two functions would depreciate the function of Chairman of the Board of Science and Technology. Science and Technology is very important in our eyes and it can't be assimilated with the speaker of the house.

MessageIndeed, Mr Speaker, if the speaker should be comming from an other party than the largest government party, then the Speaker should be chosen separately by a bill. A minister post should not be exchanged with the Speaker because these are very different roles and because the Board of Science and Technology is very important.

MessageMr. Speaker,

A bill passed to remove the office of Board of Science and Tech and change it to the Speaker, the Speaker will be nominated by the biggest governing party
- If the governing parties don't nominate any candidate then the largest opposition party (in fact all opposition parties but it is conventional to leave it to the largest opposition party) is allowed to nominate a candidate, this candidate must be elected by the parliament .

So we have nominated to this board.

MessageMr. Speaker,
The bill never really stated that it removed the office of Board of Science and Tech. It was unclear.
Also, the Liberal Party is not the largest government party, nor the largest opposition party, so this doesn't really apply what is indeed on the bill.
